As much as I try to stay committed to my health goals, I also know that there is NO WAY I can avoid having at least a few sugary treats on Halloween. Hopefully you haven't raided the receptionist's candy dish too many times this week (Yep...I've been watching you. I'm not judging. How could you resist?
